The penthouse is located on the 3rd floor, it is a building with elevator.
It is distributed on two floors, the ground floor has a living - dining room, kitchen and separate bathroom and the upper floor has another bedroom and separate bathroom.
Its maximum occupancy is four people, including the double sofa-bed in the living room.
