Temporary apartment rental in La Latina of 80 m2

Catedral de la Almudena II is a cozy apartment located in the heart of Madrid available for 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and one with two single beds. In addition we can also convert the sofa into a double sofa bed.

To get to the apartment we have in the elevator building. As for the functionalities of the house, it has an iron, dryer, central heating and television. To all this we must add an American kitchen equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes / cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

The apartment is located in the center of Madrid, near one of the best monuments, the Almudena Cathedral and the Plaza de la Villa.

The personal check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and check-out before 11:00 a.m. The apartment has parking 7 minutes walk subject to availability and at an additional cost. Ask if you are interested. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are welcome upon request.

At Day Apartment Group we offer our guests a number of additional services - private transfer to get to the apartment, early / late check-in and late check-out (subject to availability), make the purchase for you, and many more. These services are on request and have a cost.

For us it is vitally important that your stay be as pleasant as possible and that is why we are always available during our office hours from 09:00 to 21: 0 hours and after hours in case of emergency.
