Temporary apartment rental in Atocha of 40 m2

The Guernica III apartment is located in the center of Madrid, 10 minutes walk from the Atochan station and surrounded by the most famous museums in the city, such as Reina Sofía and the Prado.

The apartment has 40 m2 and capacity for 4 people. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed in the living room, so it has capacity for 4 people. It has air conditioning in the living room and heating. The kitchen is independent and has a fridge, oven and washing machine.

The personal check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and check-out before 11:00 a.m. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are allowed on request with a supplement of 30 euros.

Day Apartment offers through our collaborators additional services- private transfer to get to the apartment, early / late check-in and late check-out (subject to availability), make the purchase for you, and many more. These services are on request and have a cost.

For us it is vitally important that your stay be as pleasant as possible and that is why we are always available during our office hours from 09:00 to 21:00 hours and after hours in case of emergency.
