Temporary apartment rental in Plaza Castilla of 60 m2

Its maximum occupancy is four people, including the double sofa bed in the living room.

The living room area has a double sofa-bed, two low tables, a dining table with four chairs, a 32 ”TV, a desk, a wardrobe and access to the terrace.

The bedroom, located on the upper floor, has two single beds, a bedside table with a lamp, a TV and a wardrobe.

The kitchen, located on the ground floor, has everything you need, a ceramic hob, sink, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer.

The bathrooms have shower and toilet.

The house has free Wi-Fi, 32-inch TV, bedding, towels, heating, air conditioning and hot water; the bathrooms and the kitchen are fully equipped, the latter with glassware, crockery, cutlery, etc. Pets are welcome and if you need any special accessories (crib, hair dryer, etc.), do not hesitate to ask us, we have additional services with specialized companies to cover all your needs.

We have parking, this has an additional cost of € 10 / day, € 60 / week and € 100 / month.

In our prices are always included the expenses generated by the consumption of electricity, hot and cold water, heating, air conditioning, if any, as well as those of use of the Wi-Fi network.

Area and communications

The building is located on Matilde Landa Street, 22, in Madrid, next to the new business area named “Cuatro Torres”, five-ten minutes from the Plaza de Castilla metro station and the Chamartín train station, several lines Buses lead you quickly to the historic center of Madrid. As far as car communications are concerned you have quick and direct accesses to the M-30 and M-40 ring roads and Paseo de la Castellana (one of Madrid’s main streets), allowing you to travel anywhere in the city quickly and easily. The area has all the services: banks, ATMs, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a few minutes away is the biggest shopping center of Madrid-Center “La Vaguada”.
