The Duplexes of the Conde Duque Building are located on the fourth floor of a modern building, equipped with all modern comforts.

Its maximum occupancy is 6 people. The living-dining area has 1 double sofa-bed for 2 people, a storage unit, an extendable rectangular dining table with chairs, as well as two auxiliary tables.

The bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with 1 double bed or 2 single beds, for 2 people. In the upper floor, 1 double bed or 2 singles have been installed, for 2 people.

The duplexes have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV 32 inches, linens, towels, individual heating; the bathrooms and independent kitchens, are fully equipped, the latter with glassware, crockery, cutlery, etc. Pets are welcome and in case you need a special accessory (crib, hair dryer, etc.) please do not hesitate to ask for it.

The furniture is minimalist and functional, seeking the comfort of our guests.

In our prices are always included the expenses generated by the consumption of electricity, hot and cold water, heating, air conditioning, if any, as well as the use of the Wi-Fi network.
