Cancellations prior to arrival
Reservations canceled 30 or more days prior to the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Changes to date or length of stay
The date or length of stay may be changed up to 15 days prior to arrival, depending on availability and possible rate differences.
For extended stays, early departures must be reported 30 days in advance to avoid penalties.
Guest substitution
If the assigned employee is no longer able to stay, a guest substitution will be allowed at no additional cost, provided that the terms of the contract remain unchanged.
Force majeure
In justified cases of force majeure (as determined by the establishment), Day Apartment will assess each case individually and may offer a full refund or change of dates at no cost.
Cancellation procedure
Requests must be made in writing to info@dayapartment.com, indicating the name of the guest.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from confirmation of cancellation.
Day Apartment does not charge any additional fees for the confirmation of the booking.
To complete the booking, the customer must make a bank transfer equal to the amount of the deposit.
Before the arrival date, the first monthly payment must be completed to guarantee the delivery of the keys.
The tenant shall pay Day Apartment a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent, unless the parties expressly agree on a different amount in the contract.
The purpose of this deposit is to guarantee compliance with the contractual obligations, as well as to cover any possible damage to the accommodation, furniture, equipment, or unpaid bills for utilities or other items arising from the stay.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking confirmation and is an essential requirement for the booking to be valid.
Once the stay has ended, and after checking the condition of the apartment and settling any outstanding charges, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant within a maximum period of 30 calendar days, providing there are no incidents, damage, or any outstanding amounts.
If any damage or outstanding balances are detected, Day Apartment may deduct the corresponding amounts from the deposit, providing the tenant with a detailed justification for such charges.
The refund will be made by bank transfer to the same account number and account holder from which the initial payment was made, unless the tenant expressly indicates otherwise in writing.
All apartments managed by Day Apartment must be equipped with clean towels, fresh sheets, and the necessary amenities to meet the basic needs of guests included in the reservation.
The apartment will be available on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m onwards.
If the customer plans to arrive earlier, they must inform us in advance; Day Apartment will do everything possible to facilitate early access.
Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. may incur an additional cost, which will be confirmed in each case. If arrival is after midnight, a fixed supplement of €70 will be applied.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Day Apartment, the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
The customer may request a late check-out before arrival; the Day Apartment team will assess each request based on availability.
For check-outs before 8:00 a.m., a variable surcharge may apply depending on the accommodation.
All apartments are delivered clean and ready for the start of your stay.
Upon departure, guests must leave the apartment in the same state of cleanliness and tidiness in which they found it.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 3.2 of the Urban Lease Law, this contract is a lease for use other than as a primary residence, as the property is intended for temporary corporate or professional accommodation.
Consequently, the stay is of limited duration, linked to work, training, or similar travel, without constituting the permanent residence of the tenant.
All customers are required to provide the accommodation manager with the complete personal identification of all occupants, in accordance with current traveler control regulations, including:
The responsible party for the accommodation must collect, record, and retain this data, in accordance with Order INT/1922/2003, Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Public Safety, and applicable regional provisions on tourist accommodation and temporary lodgings.
Likewise, they must send the information to the State Security Forces and Corps within the established deadlines and formats.
The customer must inform Day Apartment of the total number of people who will occupy the accommodation before the start of the stay.
Only those duly registered and included in the booking confirmation will be entitled to occupy the property.
The maximum number of occupants may not exceed the authorized capacity for each accommodation according to the corresponding license or registration, except in the case of children under two years of age who share a bed with their parents or for whom an additional cot has been requested and confirmed.
Pets will only be allowed with the prior and express authorization of Day Apartment or the person responsible for the accommodation, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the contract.
Failure to comply with any of these requirements will entitle Day Apartment to terminate the contract immediately and demand that the property be vacated, without the right to any compensation or refund, in accordance with the provisions of Article 27.2.d) of the Urban Lease Law.
Neither Day Apartment nor the property owner shall be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the improper use of the apartment, including (without limitation) breakage, loss, fire, theft, or criminal acts.
The guest shall be solely liable, both directly and indirectly, for any damage caused during the stay and agrees to cover the corresponding repair or compensation costs.
Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of €30 per set.
In the event of any breach of the obligations outlined above, Day Apartment reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require the guest to vacate the apartment immediately. In such cases, the guest shall not be entitled to any financial compensation and will remain responsible for covering any damage resulting from misuse of the property.

The apartment must be used exclusively as temporary accommodation, intended for rest and a peaceful stay.
All properties managed by Day Apartment are located in residential buildings. Out of respect for neighbors, guests are asked to avoid noise in common areas and inside the apartment, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 10:00 AM).
Parties and disruptive noise are strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate termination of the agreement without refund.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Where allowed, guests are requested to smoke only on balconies or near open windows and to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly, without throwing them onto the street or into interior courtyards.
Guests are encouraged to turn off lights, appliances, and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
This helps reduce energy consumption, supports Day Apartment’s environmental commitment, and contributes to maintaining fair and sustainable pricing for all clients.
Before leaving the apartment, please ensure that doors and windows are securely closed and carry only essential items with you.

On the day of departure, guests must remove all trash from the apartment and dispose of it in the street containers between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, where applicable.

On the final day, the apartment must be vacated before 11:00 AM to allow the cleaning team to prepare the property for incoming guests.
