If you own a property intended for short- or medium-term rental, it is essential to comply with current regulations and obtain a Rental Registration Number (NRA, its Spanish acronym). Starting January 2, 2025, following the entry into force of the corresponding Royal Decree-Law, this procedure can be carried out online through the Single Digital Window for Leases.
The mandatory application of the regulations began on July 1, 2025, offering an adaptation period for owners, platforms, and managers to adjust their technological and operational practices. It is advisable to process it as soon as possible to avoid incidents or delays.
