WHAT DO WE OFFER? 

Day Apartment offers a comprehensive and straightforward service to help you manage your corporate accommodation without distractions. We understand what it means to be away from home, so we take care of every detail of your stay. From the first contact to your return, our team ensures a transparent, secure process focused on your well-being. 

 

HOW DO YOU BOOK? 

At Day Apartment, the reservation process is quick, clear, and transparent. We do not apply additional charges for confirming your booking. 

To finalize your reservation, you will need to make a bank transfer for the security deposit. 

Before your arrival, the first monthly payment must be completed to guarantee key delivery. 

 

THE DAY OF MY ARRIVAL 

Your Day Apartment booking confirmation includes all the details of your temporary apartment. Contact the assigned person and agree on an exact check-in time to ensure a smooth, stress-free arrival. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION? 

We know corporate travel plans can change. Day Apartment offers a flexible and clear cancellation policy to help you adjust your booking when needed. 

Cancellations before arrival 

If you cancel 30 days or more before the start of your stay, you will receive a full refund. 

Changes to date or length of stay 

You can request modifications up to 15 days before arrival, subject to availability and possible rate adjustments. 

For extended stays, early departures must be communicated 30 days in advance to avoid penalties. 

Guest replacement 

If the assigned guest cannot stay, Day Apartment allows a guest change at no additional cost, as long as the original booking conditions remain the same. 

Force majeure 

In justified force majeure situations, Day Apartment reviews each case individually and may offer a full refund or a date change at no cost, ensuring a fair and transparent solution. 

Cancellation procedure 

To cancel, email info@dayapartment.com with the guest’s name and booking details. 

If a refund applies, it will be processed within 14 calendar days from confirmation. 

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? 

Your reservation with Day Apartment includes clean towels and sheets, the essential amenities you need during your stay, and check-in and check-out services. The price corresponds to a monthly fee, and your quote will clearly indicate when VAT, utilities, and/or final cleaning service are included and when they are not.

Utilities (water, electricity, and WiFi) may be included in the monthly fee with a consumption cap or charged according to actual use, depending on the apartment. You will find the exact details in your quote and booking confirmation. 

 

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES? 

Check-in 

Your temporary apartment will be ready from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. 

If you plan to arrive earlier, let us know and Day Apartment will do its best to prepare the accommodation for early access. 

Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. may include an extra charge depending on the property. For arrivals after midnight, a €70 supplement applies. 

Check-out 

Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. 

If you need a later departure, please request it before your arrival so we can confirm availability. 

For departures before 8:00 a.m., an additional charge may apply depending on the apartment. 

 

HOW ARE THE KEYS DELIVERED? 

Before your arrival, please tell us your estimated arrival time and, if you are flying, your flight number. We also need a contact phone number so the Day Apartment representative can reach you if needed. 

Access may be via physical keys or entry code, depending on the accommodation. 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT? 

Day Apartment requires a deposit to ensure a safe and responsible stay. It is usually equivalent to one month’s rent, unless your booking specifies a different amount. 

What is the deposit for? 

It covers potential damage to the accommodation, furniture, or equipment, as well as any outstanding charges from your stay. It is a standard measure in corporate accommodation. 

When and how is it paid? 

The deposit is paid by bank transfer when confirming the reservation. It is essential for validating the booking. 

When is it returned? 

After your stay, Day Apartment will check the apartment and any pending charges. 

If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded within 30 calendar days by bank transfer. 

What if there are damages or pending charges? 

If we detect outstanding amounts or damage, Day Apartment may deduct the corresponding cost from the deposit. You will receive a detailed breakdown of all charges applied. 

Refunds are made to the same bank account used for the initial payment, unless you request a different account in writing. 

 

CAN I BRING PETS? 

This depends on the specific apartment. If you have questions, email info@dayapartment.com and we will confirm availability. 

 

INVOICES AND RECEIPTS 

If you need an invoice or receipt for your corporate accommodation, Day Apartment can send it on your arrival or departure day. Simply request it in advance at info@dayapartment.com. 

 

WILL I BE ABLE TO CONTACT SOMEONE FROM DAY APARTMENT DURING MY STAY? 

Yes. From the moment your booking is confirmed, the Day Apartment team follows your stay and is available whenever you need help.
