¿How do you reserve?
You make a prepayment that tells you the page or the total payment depending on the selected home. The rest is paid on the day of arrival in cash.
The day of my arrival
All the accommodation information comes in your booking confirmation. Contact the contact person and agree on an exact time of arrival and delivery of keys.
¿Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel and recover 50% of the advance, if there is no other condition established by the accommodation, sending a written notification by email to info@dayapartment.com with a minimum of 20 days in advance. With less time than 20 days, the advance is not recoverable.
¿What is included in the price?
Towels and clean sheets, general expenses of supplies such as water, electricity, Wifi, etc. Check-in & CHECK-out service from 15hrs to 20hrs from L-V. In some cases the cleaning comes as an additional cost, this is specified in the budget of each of the accommodations.
¿Time of check-in and check-out?
The schedule can be flexible depending on each accommodation. Normally check-in is from 15h onwards. And check-out before 11h. The exact time is established in each reservation. Sometimes there is an additional cost for check-in after 20h of 70€ and another after 24h of 130€. Check what it is worth for your accommodation, see the details in your booking confirmation. Check-in and check-out before 8 am have an extra charge of 70€.
Depending on the accommodation the final cleaning may or may not be included, this information will always be accompanied in the budget that is sent to you, however depending on the state in which the housing is once your departure may be subtracted from the deposit the minimum amounts that we detail below for excess dirt or garbage collection. 300 € for studio and 1H, 350 € for 2H, 400 € for 3H and 450 € for 4&5H
¿Who gives me the key to the apartment?
A few days before your arrival, you must confirm the scheduled time, flight number and contact telephone number to the accommodation representative, who will wait for you at the agreed time to deliver the keys to the house.
¿Do I have to deposit a deposit?
A deposit of between € 400 and € 2000 or more is normally deposited, depending on the standard of each accommodation and the length of stay. The finance is an insurance and generates more care of the accommodation, also cover possible damages in case of damage to the accommodation by the tenant.
Are the prices of the apartments per person or per night?
It is per night, depending on the number of people the price may vary.

Invoices and receipts
With prior notice to info@dayapartment.com the invoice or receipt will be sent on the day of arrival or departure
¿Will I be able to contact someone from dayapartmento.com during my stay in the apartment?
We will follow up on your stay and we will be at your disposal from the confirmation of the reservation.
