Public transport is easily accessible, the nearest metro stop is Plaza España, several buses and a short walk from various points of interest such as the Temple of Debod, from where you can witness the best sunsets in the city and the Parque del Oeste a few minutes walk.

It has a capacity for 8 people. It has three bedrooms, two with a double bed, a bunk bed and a double sofa bed. The bathroom is perfectly equipped with a shower.
