Description

The apartments are located on the first and second floor, it is a building with elevator, they are distributed in living room, bedroom, independent kitchen that communicates with the living room through a window and independent bathroom.

Its maximum occupancy is four people, including the double sofa bed in the living room.

The living area has a double sofa bed, two low tables, dining table with four chairs and 32 \'\' TV cabinet.
The sleeping area has a double bed or two beds of 90, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe closet.
The kitchen has everything you need, hob, sink, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.
The bathroom has a bathtub and WC.
The house has free Wi-Fi, 32-inch TV, bed linen, towels, heating, air conditioning and hot water; the bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped, the latter with glassware, dishes, cutlery etc. Pets are welcome and in case you need any special accessories (cot, hair dryer, etc.), do not hesitate to ask us, we have added services with specialized companies to cover all your needs.

We have parking, this has an additional cost of € 10 / day, € 60 / week and € 100 / month.

Our prices always include the expenses generated by the consumption of electricity, hot and cold water, heating, air conditioning, if any, as well as the use of the Wi-Fi network.

Zone and communications
The building is located on Matilde Landa street, 22 in Madrid, next to the new business area "Cuatro Torres", five minutes from the Plaza de Castilla metro and the Chamartín train station, several bus lines. They lead quickly to the historic center of Madrid. As for car communications, it has quick and direct access to the M-30 and M-40 ring roads and the Paseo de la Castellana (one of the main arteries of Madrid), which allows you to move to any point of the City quickly and easily. The area has all the services: banks, ATMs, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a few minutes away is the largest shopping center in Madrid-Center "La Vaguada".
