Temporary apartment rental in La Latina of 80 m2

This is a spacious and bright two bed room apartment + a living room. I have most necessary comforts to enjoy your staying in Madrid. The apartment surface is approximately 80m2. The dining is decorated with pleasant and relaxing colors. There is a sofa bed for two persons and the apartment is equipped with satellite TV with multilingual channels (MTV, CNN, TDT), Wi-Fi Internet connection, DVD player, music. It has a large living room and a nice round wooden table for six people. The main bedroom has a double bed with its own bathroom (toilet, sink, tub and shower, bidet). There is also a dressing room with two wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds and a larger wardrobe and it’s located in front of the other bathroom (WC sink, tub and shower, bidet). Both bedrooms have a nice and warm decoration and equipped with large wardrobes. The kitchen is charm-full with a small breakfast table. It has all necessary equipment to make breakfast, lunch, dinner or smaller meals. The building has a communal pool and gym. The schedule of the pool and the gym is from 9:30 to 13:30 only open summary time (normally from July to September). This accommodation in Madrid is located in the neighborhood La Latina. There are numerous terraces to enjoy a nice beer and typical dishes from the local restaurants. You should not miss the famous Rastro of Madrid. It’s a flea market with new and second hand clothes, gifts, antique furniture, musical instruments. It´s a colorful neighborhood just minutes walk away from the Puerta del Sol.
