Located in the Chamartín district and very close to Avenida de América, this 40 m2 apartment can accommodate 4 people. It is a cozy accommodation consisting of lounge with television, free internet access, air conditioning. It has a terrace in an inner courtyard to enjoy the outdoors a little. If you want to bring a pet to the apartment, it is accepted for an amount of 30 euros.

It consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with shower.

The American ceramic hob is fully equipped with - fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.

The personal check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and check-out before 11:00 a.m. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

In Day Apartment we offer our guests a number of additional services - private transfer to reach the apartment, early / late check-in and late check-out (subject to availability), make the purchase for you, and many more. These services are on request and have a cost.

For us it is of vital importance that your stay be as pleasant as possible and that is why we are always available during our office hours from 09:00 to 21: 0 o\'clock and out of hours in case of emergency.
